On Tuesday, S&P Global Ratings assigned an "AA+" long-term rating to the City of Spring Hill's 2024 general obligation bonds. The agency also affirmed its "AA+" long-term rating on the city's outstanding debt, maintaining a stable outlook for the city.

The bond proceeds will be utilized to finance several important Capital Improvement Projects, including the construction of a new Police Department Headquarters and Fire Station No. 4, among other initiatives.
