This Saturday, October 30th, the Robertson County Family YMCA in Springfield, TN, will host a series of group fitness classes in Studio A. The schedule begins with Bootcamp at 7:15 AM, followed by BODYPUMP at 8:00 AM, and KICKBOXING at 8:45 AM. Other classes throughout the day include TOTAL STRENGTH at 9:30 AM, additional BODYPUMP sessions at 10:15 AM and 11:00 AM, STEP at 11:45 AM, and YOGA at 12:30 PM. Participants are encouraged to join for back-to-back classes.

TDOT to Close Saturn Parkway Off-Ramps for Repairs
